Bio: Thrown out of her parents' home in Baltimore after setting her bedroom on fire, Billie was sent to reformatory school. After serving her two years time, Billie sent to live with her kin in the rural south. She later escaped to Columbia to exercise her expertise in firestarting but causing trouble wasn't so easy in Columbia. She partied with several rebel rousers but it didn't click until she met the derby girls of the Richland County Regulators. The loud talking, fast skating, drink swiging, brass knuckle bearing girls were just her kind.
